I ordered casual shoes at a very good price. They were delivered within a few days. Unfortunately I ordered a size too big, returned them the same day I received them, to be replaced with a smaller size. The returns service was easy, very quick and communication from Zacaris was prompt, acknowledged receipt of return/exchange request and when they received the original shoes. Delivery of the replacement shoes was prompt, good communication from Zacaris and Nacex, the delivery company. Very happy with the shoes and the service.
