Shipping Costs

At Zacaris.com, shipments within the Spanish mainland have a cost of €4.99.

For shipments to the Balearic Islands, shipping costs have an additional charge of €5.99.

For shipments to the Azores and Madeira, shipping costs have an additional charge of €150.

For shipments to other countries, shipping costs are €5.99.

Order Delivery

You can receive your order at the address that is most convenient for you (home, work… but never at a P.O. box or HomePaq).

Countries Where We Deliver

Currently, Zacaris.com operates in the Spanish mainland, Balearic Islands, Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

We are working so that soon we can operate in more countries within the European Community.

Order Reception

In Spain, orders placed on working days (Monday to Thursday) before 4:00 p.m. are received within 24 hours.

Orders placed on working days after 4:00 p.m. will be delivered within 48 hours.

In Europe, orders placed on working days (Monday to Thursday) before 4:00 p.m. are generally delivered within 48 to 72 hours. However, during periods of high demand or exceptional circumstances, delivery time may extend up to 6 days.

Orders to the Balearic Islands may take 24–48 hours for delivery.

Orders to the Azores and Madeira may take up to 72 hours for delivery.

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays.

Some items in our catalog have longer shipping times; in such cases, you will be informed of the estimated delivery date in the final step of the purchase.

Through “My Account,” you can view the status of your order under: completed orders.

Processes Followed Before Delivering Your Order

When you place your order, we will send you a purchase confirmation email. Once the order is about to leave the warehouse, we will send you another confirmation.
