Very disappointed

I have not received my order or any help from customer service in spite of sending emails to the delivery company, Zacaris and Shop. My tracking shows two attempts at delivery, but says they didn’t deliver due to failure to answer the phone. My phone clearly shows no missed calls. We were home all day both days in order to receive packages for Christmas and no one rung our bell for delivery. My package was a Christmas gift for my son.
